Fees and Charges

Fees and charges for Town Planning and Building activities are calculated on the value of the developments. Projects may be subject to certain statutory charges such as the New South Wales Government Planning Levy where the value of  developments are in excess of $50,000.

Building and Construction works in excess of $25,000 are subject to the Building and Construction Industry Long Service Levy.

Contact Council’s Customer Service Officers during business hours on (02) 6930-9100 once the value of proposed developments have been established and the appropriate fees will be calculated prior to applications being submitted.
